We’ve all been there. The salesperson with a big smile and a big “excuse me” when you are getting ready to leave. That is marketing. The sales person who can’t take a word without a face and a name and just says “excuse me.” That’s marketing.
You want your marketing to be effective and not just some face and name, right? The thing is that marketing is all about making people feel like they’re at the center of the universe. How can you get people to feel like they are the center of the universe if you can’t even explain it to them? Or what if your marketing sucks? What if every marketing person you hire just looks at you like you’re a total idiot.
Marketing doesn’t have to be complicated. It just has to be honest and clear. If you don’t have a clear and honest marketing process, you can’t get your product or service to get the results YOU WANT.

We’ve done this for our marketing campaign for several of our clients, and it’s been great. We don’t have to do a lot of talking, and the results of the meeting are always very positive. We’ve found that when we get a lot of questions from our customers, it’s a great way to get them to express their honest need for our product.
I think one of the other best marketing techniques is to be very transparent about what you are about. Tell them what your product is, how it works, and exactly why you are doing it. That way they will be more likely to trust you and feel they can talk to you about their needs.
Marketing materials must be very clear and concise. You should also be as specific as possible in how you are going to solve their problem. For example, instead of saying that the product is too expensive, you may say that the problem is that the solution is too expensive.
