I find it pretty amazing how many people just don’t know how to be marketing. They think they know all about marketing, but they don’t really understand what marketing is.

Marketing is basically the process of marketing your products, services, and ideas. It takes a lot of time and effort to master this process. So marketing management is a term that should really be tossed around. That’s why marketing, as a whole, is so hard to learn. I know it sounds like a cliché phrase, especially when you see marketing as a manager type of job. But I have to say it because I’m so often the only one who’s actually doing it.

This is why I love marketing managers. They are the ones who are in charge of all aspects of marketing, from strategy to advertising. Marketing managers make marketing managers, and the people who manage marketing managers are usually the people who are in charge of the marketing team. At the end of the day, marketing managers are the ones who are going to be making the decisions that affect the whole marketing process. That may sound obvious, but that is the whole reason they got hired in the first place.

Marketing managers are not robots. They are human being who are, in most cases, responsible for the marketing process.
