In marketing, this issue is especially pronounced because the larger the company, the more people and departments you have to manage. This is an especially big challenge for the marketing team as they have all of these expectations they have to meet.
In marketing, it’s important to be able to communicate clearly and effectively. It’s also difficult because marketing is not a one way street. People can see your efforts in relation to others and they can see how you are using their resources. This means that everyone has to communicate at different levels.
